Jacey Spratt
Jacey Spratt has 20 years of professional experience, including 16 in the international development sector. Before founding Same Page Consulting, she spent ten years at Chemonics International and three and a half at DAI. An experienced trainer, facilitator, and coach, Jacey is passionate about maximizing individual contributions, team collaboration, and organizational efficiencies. She prides herself on her ability to truly listen to clients’ needs and challenges, design responsive performance solutions, and have fun in the process. To date, she has worked with USAID, DAI, Chemonics International, Research Triangle Institute, Abt Associates, ACDI/VOCA, Dexis Consulting Group, Learning Everywhere, Counterpart International, United Kingdom Research and Innovation, Montgomery Village Foundation, and the former IRG/Engility.
Jacey holds a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.A in International Education from Columbia University’s Teachers College. She is a certified Career and Leadership Coach from the Coach Training Academy. Jacey has studied and worked in Japan, Spain, and South Africa; traveled to many countries through her work; and speaks Spanish and basic Japanese. She is also a proud mom to three fantastic little people.
