Glen works across the organization to develop and apply tools and information that drives collaborative innovation. Glen supports GKI’s business engagement strategy working with businesses, NGOs, and governments to cultivate strong partnerships. Glen also works with staff to improve administration, operations, and employee development at GKI.

Glen brings over 15 years of experience working in and with developing countries and emerging markets. He expanded the presence of the United Kingdom-based Practical Action into the United States and supported its global efforts to use systems thinking and participatory engagement to address the needs of individuals living in acute poverty. Before that, Glen worked with teams across Latin America to develop customer experience blueprints for Latin American telecom NII Holdings (under the Nextel Brand), and worked in business development for the CARANA Corporation around value chain strengthening and fostering market linkages in Africa and Latin America. Glen was a Peace Corps volunteer in Benin and speaks English, French, and Spanish.

Glen has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, and BA from Beloit College. In his free time, he is often being educated by his young child, whom he is happy to take anywhere on the back of a bicycle.
