Cait leads the Collaborative Innovation and Capacity Building Program at GKI. Her focus includes designing and delivering workshops and trainings that support improved performance for individuals, organizations, and networks. Cait’s always held a strong interest in social justice and equality; her background in social entrepreneurship and international development led her to GKI where she combines her skills in communication and community development in her role as Program Officer.
Prior to GKI, Cait was the Co-founder of the IC3 Academy, an academy for social entrepreneurs, and the Executive Director of the GVN Foundation. Cait holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit-Mercy and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan. In her free time, Cait is an Instructor for the University for Peace Centre for Executive Education and teachers the capstone course for their Diploma in Social Innovation. Cait also enjoys being average at yoga, traveling the world with GOOD Travel and exploring her newest home, Washington D.C.
