Cait is a recent arrival to GKI supporting collaborative innovation and capacity building while leading external communications. In these roles her focus includes bringing innovation into the lives and workplaces of people everywhere and developing resources centered on collaborative growth. Cait’s always held a strong interest in social justice and equality; her background in social entrepreneurship and international development led her to GKI where she combines her skills in communication and community development to her role as Program Officer.
Prior to GKI, Cait was the Co-founder of the IC3 Academy, an academy for social entrepreneurs, and the Executive Director of the GVN Foundation. Cait holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit-Mercy and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan. In her free time, Cait enjoys being average at yoga, traveling the world with GOOD Travel and exploring her newest home, Washington D.C.
